William (Bill) Hample, BS/LCADC, CRS is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of New Jersey and a Certified Recovery Specialist Instructor (for Pennsylvania). He is a retired Probation Officer for the State of New Jersey. who spent 19 years working with New Jersey’s Drug Court Program (now known as Recovery Court) and 6 years with the Camden County Mental Health Unit. He was an instructor for Probation/ Parole officers in Substance Use Disorders on the state level. He has been an instructor for Rutgers University Summer School of Addiction Studies. He has been on the adjunct faculty member for Villanova University and their continuing Addictions Studies education. He has also been a faculty member of the National Association for The Drug Court Institute. He is an ordained minister and certified and active chaplain with the Gloucester Township Police Department.
